Pre Chinese New Year lunch

My pre Chinese new year lunch before feasting on mama's home cooking. Pan roasted salmon marinated in soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic. Homemade fried rice containing eggs, shiitake mushrooms and scallions. Sautéed spinach. Yummmmmy!!
